Multi-Effect Distilled Water Unit
Model LD multiple tube distilling system is designed and manufactured in accordance with “YY0229-1995 Multiple Water Distiller”, All the parts are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel according to GMP. The water distilled is pure, reliable, free from heat source, and consistent with the regulations governing injection water from the Pharmacopoeia of the P.R China Year 2000.
The evaporator is produced in accordance with the theory of tube array liquid membrane evaporation. Together with the original water containers, it can carry the water along the membrane smoothly, thus avoiding the unevenness of water in some parts and greatly increasing the evaporating efficiency. This unit occupies less space and weights less.
Within the evaporator, the separation between steam and water, and the standard type reversing flow are employed, which enhances the efficiency of separation ad heat conduction. That reflects the improving of the product quality and the decreasing of produce prices.
